Katelyn and Jake’s Rustic Maryland Wedding

It’s always fun to be able to showcase a wedding of a close friend or family member, and this time it doesn’t get much closer to home than my own brother! I had Katelyn give me some details below. Enjoy the video. Congrats guys!

“Our Style was traditional, rustic. romantic. A lot of little important things were from Etsy. Our guestbook I made was from Shutterfly.com. Shoes were from David’s Bridal. My dress, The Bridal Boutique in Colombia, MD. I borrowed my vail from my older sister. Garter was from Etsy.com. My cuff bracelet was from Tejani Jewelry in New York City. I got my earrings from Overstock.com.

The day-of I got ready in the house I grew up in, in Harwood, Md. Jake got ready with is bothers and our dads in my grandparents house of 45 years. We took pictures and video on their 200 acre farm also in Harwood Md. The chapel was All Hallows Episcopal off of 214 in Davidsonville MD, founded in 1692. One of the oldest in the country. The reception was at a Renditions Golf Course in DavidsonvilleMD. They were exceptional, and accommodated our every need 110%.

My wedding inspiration came from magazines such as Brides, & Weddings. The Websites/blogs i went to were Etsy.com, Pinterest, Style Me Pretty, Utterly Engaged, Photographer Justine Ungaro, The Knotty Bride, Haute Bride, David’s Bridal, Monachetti, Oncewed, Bayside Bride, Gal Meets Glam.”
