Alexandra and Kurt’s Wedding at the Washington DC Golf and Country Club

Alexandra and Kurt had an amazing wedding at the Washington DC Golf and Country Club and Tyler was there to catch it all. I was able to catch up with Alexandra recently, and she gave me a little more details about the wedding.

"It was very important to have all of our friends and family be with us to celebrate the wedding – we wanted a beautiful venue that was convenient for everyone to get to yet was still a place that had meaning to us. Coupled with the amazing views of Washington DC and the National Cathedral, Washington Golf & Country Club was perfect!

We wanted the focus to be the amazing scenery that the venue provided, so we tried to make the veranda feel like a garden, and have an emphasis on the colors brown, cream and green inside. We included details like a strolling piper and welcoming guests with champagne to create a fun and relaxed atmosphere. Kurt and I were so lucky to work with such amazing vendors who really made our vision come to life."
